Shipping policy
Products and Prices
All product prices are displayed alongside the product descriptions. Prices include VAT, and the tax breakdown will be shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods can be selected during checkout.
Delivery Fee
A standard delivery fee of €6.90 per order applies.
Please note that products may be shipped from different warehouses. In such cases, your order may arrive in two or more separate packages.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Most products are delivered within 2–5 business days.
All deliveries include a tracking code, so you can easily follow the progress of your shipment. Packages are usually delivered to the nearest Posti pick-up point.
In some cases, your order may be shipped from multiple warehouses, resulting in multiple packages.
Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to exchange a product, the replacement will be shipped once the returned item has reached us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service by email and follow the instructions provided to return the item free of charge.
When making a return, please let us know whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Dispute Resolution
Customers have the right to bring disputes arising from this agreement before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before submitting a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer must first contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
